Of course, you’ll be providing the site with a password, username and of course your email address. Then you get to choose exactly the type of tracking you would like to participate in. For example, you could choose the FitClick Walking Plan, Circuit Training or simply the Exercise Plan. There are several choices that you can make and all are beneficial. Next, it’s time to decide what type of diet plan you want. Again, there are several categories to choose from that include, the Carb Reduction Diet and the ability to track food. There are also a few others that you may find yourself interested in doing.
Once that is all done, you will be able to log in and start your “road to fitness journey” on the home page. It’s a simple home page that allows the user to keep track of data and also has all that you need to input your daily diet and exercise records without any problems. There is even access to a “help” area.
To start tracking workouts, users utilize the Workout Tracker. The tracker works based on whatever plan you chose and it provides suggested exercises for you to do.
